How to get to Bar Harbor from phila
Anybody have any suggestions for this run?We will be doing it in a couple weeks and have gotten a bunch of different ways to go from mapquest/google/gps.
Good thing is we are leaving at a time that rush hour will not be an issue. I am close to PA/NJ turnpikes and I-95.Any idea of how long I have gotten times between 10 to 12 hrs. I am lookinf for the fastest and easiest way to get to bar harbor.

RE: the 6.7 CTD saga
Had the same problems with mine,Engine light,on,off,on,off.
A friend of mine is the tech who works on my truck at my local dealer and he told to me to use the engine brake,supposedly this heats everything up and cleans any soot off of all the sensores that are jammed into this truck.
Seems to have worked so far,I did have to replace the pcv bypass with 8500 miles on the truck. Everthing seems good now.

Just saw $4.49 gallon at the station up the street. $4.39 seems to be the local average. We have a trip to maine planned in july and to watkins glen for the race in august,might have to remortgage for the fuel. This is crazy.

Any reviews of Godddard Park VacationLand?
We will be there April 18-20 for a wedding close by and are wondering what if any attractions are close, what are the good spots to go out to,any events happening.

Philadelphia to Greenville PA
We are traveling to Greenville Pa for a wedding in April and have decided to skip the hotel and bring the trailer, I have 2 different routes and am not sure which to follow
Route 1) 476(blue Route) to I-80 across pa
Route 2) Pa Turnpike to 322 to 80
Has anyone done anything close, Is 80 better than the turnpike? Quicker, smoother, less construction?
Any tips and hints?
We will be staying at Goddard Park Vacationland any reviews?

Thanks for all the help,
So far my navigator seems to like the idea,we are going to NW PA in april so we should have a good test run. I'm sure the directions to the doghouse are already loaded. We'll see

I have a new Garmin nuvi 660 that is supposedly going to stop all the navigation arguments between myself and the navigator I married.does anyone know what the difference is between the vehicle settings car/motorcycle and truck? What settings do you use when pulling your trailer?

Bar Harbor Campgrounds
Happy Holidays
After some technical diffculties we are back and ready to hit the road.
Bar Harbor Maine is the big destination this summer.We have two campgrounds in mind and are looking for reviews/tips/suggestions.
1 Bar Harbor KOA
2 Mt Desert narrows
Is there snything that is a must do while we are there?
Arcadia is on the top of the list,How is the Ferry ride to Nova Scotia?
